- Double Bar Track: Easy glide with two 1” chrome round tube guide rails for smooth operation. Creates more stability and a smoother movement when using either Olympic or standard plates. Pre-pierced Band/strap peg holes that are located along the bottom.
- Heavy Duty: Constructed of 2” x 2” 11-gauge steel. Rubber base caps encase each foot to add safety, stability, and floor protection. Includes J-Hooks constructed of heavy-duty steel with rugged plastic padding providing shock absorption to safely rack and protect Olympic bars.
- Versatile: Wide-grip lat pull-down attachment comes with a 41" lat bar and a 14" low row bar with foam handles for easy grip. Two 1"x 9.3" with two 2"x8.3" weight plate storage suits for standard or Olympic weight plates, two 1" spring collars includes (2" not included).
- Adjustable J-Hooks: 33 vertical height settings allow for various adjustments of the J-Hooks and the safety bars. Suitable for different exercises and people of different heights. From 17.5" to 68" in height, you can use it as a squat rack, bench press, pull-up bar, etc.
